Project Summary
This redevelopment added 52 condominium units—including affordable units that count toward the Town’s Subsidized Housing Inventory—on a 2-acre site surrounded by Conservation land. The project supports the Town’s affordable housing goals while improving access to public open space.
Legal Strategy
DTM Law Attorneys Adam Brodsky and Scott Golding worked with Town officials and consultants to scale the project appropriately and incorporate a commercial use. DTM Law secured a Comprehensive Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals and an Order of Conditions from the Conservation Commission.
