William R. Edes

Will practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions and leasing, corporate governance and contracts, zoning, and title matters. He has a broad legal background, having previously operated a solo practice where he handled a wide range of matters involving zoning, landlord-tenant disputes, administrative law, probate disputes, estate planning, immigration, and civil litigation. Will has represented clients before various courts, including the district, superior, appellate, and land courts, as well as before numerous municipal and administrative bodies. At DTM Law, Will’s practice focuses on commercial and residential transactions and leasing, corporate governance and contracts, zoning, and title matters.
