William R. Edes
Will practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions and leasing, condominium formation, corporate governance and contracts, asset purchase transactions and stock sales, zoning, and title matters. He takes a hands-on personalized approach to advising landowners and companies on all stages of real property transactions including: resolving any title issues; forming and advising on ownership entities; advising on leasing between ownership entities and operational entities; and condominium formation; together with all other typical steps of the purchase and sale process from offer to closing.
Will has a broad legal background, having previously operated a solo practice on Cape Cod, where he handled a diverse range of matters involving zoning, real property and landlord-tenant disputes, administrative law, probate disputes, estate planning, immigration, and contract litigation. He has represented clients before the district, superior, appellate, and land courts, as well as before numerous municipal and administrative bodies.
