Scott Golding

Scott represents clients in matters involving commercial real estate development, acquisition and disposition, leasing, and zoning and land use at the local, state, and federal levels. He advises landowners and development companies on corporate matters and complex real estate transactions.

Scott has appeared before state trial and appellate courts, state administrative agencies, and numerous municipal boards and commissions. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine.
