Mark A. Tocchio
Mark practices in the areas of land use, real estate development, environmental, litigation, and business law. He represents private clients, developers, and municipalities in zoning, permitting, and property-related disputes. He regularly appears before municipal boards and commissions, including Zoning Boards of Appeals, Planning Boards, and Boards of Health, as well as before state licensing authorities.
Mark also has courtroom experience in state and federal courts and helps guide projects through complex local permitting and regulatory processes. Prior to joining DTM Law, he practiced at a Boston law firm representing municipalities, and has held positions in federal and state government, including service as a legislative staff member in the U.S. Congress.
