Jeffery A. Tocchio

Jeff represents clients in matters involving real property development and land use, with specific emphasis on project entitlement, permitting, and licensing. His experience includes a range of complex projects including mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, food and beverage, sports and hospitality, industrial, waterfront, educational, senior living, and comprehensive permit permitting and development.

He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General and Special Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Trial Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and practiced as a litigation associate at Gaston & Snow in Boston. He represents both landowners and state governmental authorities involved in eminent domain matters.
